Our first outing in the new RV

We left Medina Saturday morning and headed for Choke Canyon State Park. It was only a 2 1/2 hour drive but we wanted to break up the long haul to Laguna Atascosa. We have stayed at Choke Canyon a couple of times and really like the park.

Mark didn't have any problems backing the RV into our site, even though it was only his second time to back it up.

We had a nice two hour walk around the park and saw over 40 different birds.
